XD I haven't gotten Micah's personality down pack yet, but I do know one thing: He tends to be the type of person who's kind and sweet for show/infront of Canda/Alfred/Other countries but is like, sarcastic and such when he thinks no one's paying attention/watching XD ( he especially likes to brag that he's important because he has Ottawa, and that he should have more people paying attention to him or something.)

From what I know, most of Canada isn't very much different from America. Or, it could just be that my history teacher loves making fun of the all the provinces calling them "US COPIES" --- He thinks Quebec is so damn special. XD
